Have done a few cardio workouts & also Elissa's weights workout. All are great! Workout 5 days a week but would like to do balance workouts & stretching. Just find my time is limited, & I'm retired!! But doing the most needed ones & catching the others on weekends or when I can. Love all your workouts, Cindy! Well worth my time! Challenging but having followed you for several years, I can keep up with the cardio! ; )
